• Account data: name, email, mobile number, and password (stored in hashed form).
• Booking data: origin/destination, travel dates, travellers, cabin class, PNR references, trip selected, seat preferences, and special requests.
• Traveller details: full name as on ID, age/date of birth, gender (where required), and government ID numbers when needed for air travel or hotel check-in.
• Payment metadata: amount, currency, status, gateway transaction IDs. Card/UPI secrets are handled by the payment partner and are not stored on KubeAir servers.
• Support messages: emails, forms, chat, WhatsApp, or call notes you share with our team.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, cookies, and security logs.
• Marketing preferences: opt-in status for offers and product updates.

2. How We Use Your Information

KubeAir uses personal data to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Search flights, build itineraries, and fulfil trip bookings.
• Issue confirmations, e-tickets, invoices, boarding reminders, and service updates.
• Process payments, refunds, and chargebacks with our payment partners.
• Provide customer support and resolve disputes.

• Send service messages that are necessary for your booking (these are not optional).

• Airlines, GDSs, and inventory partners to issue tickets and manage PNRs.
• Hotels, transport operators, and local suppliers needed to deliver a tour package.

• Cloud hosting, SMS/email, analytics, and support tools that process data on our behalf under contracts.
• Authorities and courts when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and fraud prevention.

Partners receive only what is needed for their task and are expected to protect the information appropriately.

5. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use necessary cookies for login, security, and checkout; and optional cookies/pixels for analytics and ads (when enabled). You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking some cookies may affect login or booking flows on kubeair.co.

6. International Transfers

Primary operations and hosting for KubeAir are intended for India-facing users. If a provider processes data outside India, we take reasonable steps consistent with applicable law to protect that data.

7. Retention

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to deliver the trip, handle refunds/disputes, and meet tax or legal retention rules. Support tickets and logs are kept for a reasonable period then deleted or anonymised. You may request account deletion subject to legal hold requirements.

8. Security

KubeAir uses HTTPS, access controls, and operational safeguards. No online system is completely secure; please keep your password private and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

9. Your Rights

Subject to Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act where applicable), you may request to:

• Access or correct your personal data.
• Delete your account or certain data (where not blocked by legal retention).
• Withdraw marketing consent.
• Raise a complaint about how we handle your data.
